We want you to be satisfied with Renderence. This policy explains when refunds are available and how to request one. Payments are processed by Paddle, our Merchant of Record.
If you are not satisfied with Renderence for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of your initial subscription payment. This applies to first-time purchases only.
To claim your refund, email bihun.r.u@gmail.com with the subject line "Refund Request" within 14 days of your payment date. No questions asked.

If the Service was inaccessible for more than 24 consecutive hours in a billing period due to our fault, you are entitled to a pro-rated refund for the affected days.
If you were charged twice for the same billing period due to a technical error, we will refund the duplicate charge immediately.
If you forgot to cancel before your renewal date and have not used the Service in the new billing period, contact us within 48 hours of the charge and we will review your request.
Subscriptions are billed for the full period. We do not issue refunds for partial months or for unused video generation credits.
If your account was suspended or terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service, no refund will be issued.
Approved refunds are processed through Paddle and typically appear on your statement within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings or by contacting us. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — you retain full access until then. No partial refunds are issued for the remaining days after cancellation.
We encourage you to contact us before initiating a chargeback with your bank. Most issues can be resolved quickly. Accounts subject to a chargeback dispute will be suspended pending resolution.
