Renderence ("Service", "we", "us") is an AI-powered platform that generates short-form video content for TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and similar platforms. The Service is operated by Renderence, LLC, registered in Ukraine.
You must be at least 18 years old to use the Service. By using Renderence, you represent and warrant that you meet this requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

You agree to use the Service only for lawful purposes. You must not use Renderence to:
You retain ownership of any original content you upload to generate videos. By uploading content, you grant Viral Forge a limited license to process that content solely for the purpose of providing the Service.
AI-generated video content produced by the Service is provided to you under a non-exclusive license for personal and commercial use, subject to these Terms and applicable platform policies (TikTok, YouTube, etc.).
The Renderence name, logo, and platform itself remain the exclusive intellectual property of Renderence, LLC
Each subscription plan includes a defined number of video generations per month. Unused generations do not carry over to the next billing period. Exceeding plan limits will require an upgrade or will result in access restrictions until the next billing cycle.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that AI-generated content will meet your specific requirements or be suitable for any particular platform's policies.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Renderence, LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of or inability to use the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time if you violate these Terms. You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and contacting us. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease at the end of the current billing period.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or a prominent notice on the platform at least 14 days before the changes take effect. Continued use of the Service after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of Ukraine. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ukraine, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer protection laws in your jurisdiction.
